It implements the standard FMS attack along with some optimizations like KoreK attacks, thus making the attack much faster compared to other WEP cracking tools. To install aircrack-ng, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install aircrack-ng
To see what files were installed by aircrack-ng, run:
port contents aircrack-ng
To later upgrade aircrack-ng, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade aircrack-ng
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
