6tunnel allows you to use services provided by IPv6 hosts with IPv4-only applications and vice-versa. It can bind to any of your IPv4 (default) or IPv6 addresses and forward all data to IPv4 or IPv6 (default) host.

To install 6tunnel, run the following command in macOS terminal (Applications->Utilities->Terminal)
sudo port install 6tunnel
To see what files were installed by 6tunnel, run:
port contents 6tunnel
To later upgrade 6tunnel, run:
sudo port selfupdate && sudo port upgrade 6tunnel
Reporting an issue on MacPorts Trac
The MacPorts Project uses a system called Trac to file tickets to report bugs and enhancement requests.
Though anyone may search Trac for tickets, you must have a GitHub account in order to login to Trac to create tickets.
